People have recommended magnesium cream to me a lot recently.
But I’d tried a magnesium oil in the past and didn’t like how it felt on my skin.
So I didn’t have high hopes that I’d like a cream version.
In any case, my Mum said I should try it because it might help with my chronic pain.
I remembered that Irene Falcone had recently done a few blog posts on this subject and added a bunch of magnesium products to her store, Nourished Life, so I went to take a look.
I found this Elektra Magnesium Cream Sampler and it had good reviews so I bought it on sale for $19.80.
Pretty low risk investment if you ask me!
WHAT I LOVE ABOUT THIS MAGNESIUM CREAM –
- It doesn’t leave a nasty-feeling residue on my skin, like some magnesium oils do.
- It stops my restless legs immediately after I put it on and allows me to sleep better.
- It soothes my chronic shoulder tendinitis.
- It helps with my lower back pain.
- It helps with my period pain by rubbing it liberally onto my tummy during PMS.
If you’re looking for something natural to help with any of the above symptoms or chronic pain in general, I highly recommend Elektra Magnesium Cream.
Skip the sampler and go straight for the full sized citrus version because it has the nicest fragrance.
The herbal fragrance is horrible and pungent, you’ve been warned.
The sampler also comes with a magnesium oil spray to try, but as mentioned, I really don’t like how it feels on my skin.
When I got into bed after putting it on, it felt weird when the sheets rubbed against my legs and I couldn’t fall asleep.
Hence, I recommend you don’t bother with the sampler and just get the cream because it really works and feels nice on the skin.
This magnesium cream is vegan friendly, cruelty-free, totally natural and made in Australia.
Happy legs for days!
