I always thought true wellbeing was this lofty goal.
That only super-disciplined types could reach it with their perfect eating habits and regimented exercise programs. The word “sprouted” actually frightened me.
I felt I’d always be stuck at the bottom rung of health with my comfort foods and lazy habits. Never reaching my full potential because I was too busy surviving to think about the possibility of thriving.
Too many times I’d reach the bottom of a Rocky Road ice cream container and think, “what the eff am I doing? This is so wrong.” But I didn’t know how to change it.
Thankfully, I FOUND a way.
Of course, it took hitting rock bottom to realise I needed to do something different, but that’s another story. Lucky for you, I’ve done all the work and now bring you my hard-won wisdom!
Please, don’t make the same mistakes I did, thinking you’re invincible and abusing your body until it folds under the pressure. There’s a better way!
So, what’s the magic formula to wellbeing?
First, these 3 things:
- Community: don’t attempt a health transformation on your own.
- Structure: a plan you can slot into and follow easily.
- Nutrition: The right foods and supplements to support detoxification and healing.
You can eat all the acai bowls you want, drink 3 litres of water a day and go to the gym, but unless you understand your body and how to fuel it, true wellbeing will always evade you.
Wellness isn’t a fad, it’s a lifestyle and if you think it’s unattainable, you’re right!
Because your mindset sucks.
But that’s okay, you just need someone to show you it’s possible and that’s where I come in. I’m here to show you that, despite what you believe, healing and wellness are possible and pleasurable. Once your wellness train leaves the platform, girl, I guarantee you won’t look back except to think, “why did I ever hesitate?”
Because when you have the right support system, you can achieve your health goals and then some.
So, if you ever need to borrow my belief to get across the line, go for it. I’ll believe in you until you know how to believe in yourself. And when that day comes, life’ll spread out before you in a way it never did before, there’ll be lightning bolts in the heels of your shoes!
